We have Hout Bay’s finest team-building venue, flexible programs and menus, standard conference equipment and a spacious hall which seats 120 delegates schoolroom style or can be subdivided into three separate rooms, for smaller groups and breakaway sessions.

The only non-negotiable in our conference package is quality of service.

The opportunity to use visual mapping tools and techniques & also (if needed) skilled specialist facilitators to help you attain your conference goals creatively & efficiently.

We offer specialist conference facilities complete with:

– Stationary includes a pen / pencil & a booklet.

Light snacks with Coffee/Tea or a variety of our 100% fresh juices (refreshed twice per ‘full day conference & once for every ‘half day conference)

* Upon request, we can also supply: – Prestik, paperclips, rulers, calculators, elastic bands or file sleeves. – Any type of P.A system with Bluetooth microphones (additional sub-charges apply)

Multiple Occasions…

We’re also able to host other celebrations and occasions – birthdays, corporate functions, film shoots and promotional launches. Our standards of individualized and excellence apply to all our functions.

Facilities

Amidst the natural beauty of the Hout Bay Valley, our wedding facilities include a Cape Dutch function hall which comfortably seats 120 guests with a dancefloor, 140 guests without, and a Bedouin tent can be attached should you wish to accommodate more guests. We also have our garden gazebo which is ideal for wedding ceremonies.
